Whiskey, bitters and a little sugar, kept beautifully simple.

Ingredients
- About 45 ml bourbon or rye
- 1 sugar cube or about 5 ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- A few drops of water, ice, orange peel
How to make it
- 1.Dissolve sugar with bitters and water in a rocks glass.
- 2.Add whiskey and ice, then stir.
- 3.Squeeze orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
